Rhubarb and Rose

A pretty pink cocktail, just in time for Valentine's Day. Not that I believe in nonsense like pink drinks.

rhubarb and rose love (serves one)

55mL rhubarb vodka
mL rose liqueur
mL rose hip syrup
mL fresh lemon juice
Couple drops rhubarb bitters
Couple drops Aphrodite bitters 
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or a large glass. Add plenty of ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dried rose petal.
